Pro Setup was born out of a simple frustration, small businesses in Sydney were being let down by overpriced, jargon-heavy IT support that took days to respond and left people more confused than when they started.

After years working in enterprise IT, the founder Mark noticed that the people who needed reliable tech support the most - small café owners, solo accountants, boutique studios - were getting the worst service. Big IT firms weren't interested. Freelancers were unreliable.
So in 2012, Pro Setup launched with one goal, to provide Sydney's small businesses fast, honest, affordable tech support - whether that's a remote session at 7am or an on-site visit the same afternoon.
Today we support over 50 local businesses across Sydney, mostly rural area including Wollongong, and we're just getting started.
